A seasoned energy professional Ms. Valishvili served for nine years as Deputy Minister of Energy of Georgia leading investment, international relations, analytical and administrative work and supervising State Agency for Oil and Gas. She led negotiations for joining European Energy Community, also leading energy sector negotiations within Association and Deep and Comprehensive Free Trade Area Agreement with the EU. Key energy policies and programs were designed, reviewed and adopted under her guidance.
Ms. Valishvili is also credited for leading major energy generation and transmission infrastructure investment work with private and institutional investors. Currently, Ms. Valishvili advises internationally major energy clients.
